BC Ministry of Transportation / Quartech
UI UX / Product Designer
Within just one year on the PIMS project, successfully transitioned all the files from UX Pin to Figma. Updated PIMS into a consistent and more accessible product. Responsible for developing wireframes and mockups, and serving as the key link between developers, testers, and BAs. Implemented T-shirt size project estimation, and created workflows and infographics, all within an Agile framework with 2-week sprints.
MyTELUS APP
Product Designer
Developed workflows and established a consistent icon size library specifically for the app. Collaborated with the Telus Accessibility Team to create a reference document for the app. Additionally, supported other teams by creating imagery aligned with the Telus Design Systems.
Government of Canada / EY
Senior UI Designer
As part of the ESDC ChatBot project, updated colors, fonts, and measurements to make it more user-centered, accessible, modern, and friendly. Also created illustrations to enhance the appeal of the landing pages, working within Sprints and Agile methodologies.
IT Glue
UI Designer
Redesigned the IT Glue Dark mode safety product, implementing Design Systems across the products to ensure alignment with the brand. Created components that were more accessible, resulting in better user experience B2B product.
LegalAidBC
Senior Visual Designer
A complete website redesign of 900 screens was accomplished in less than 5 months. Working closely with a User Researcher, wireframes and mockups were designed. The website brand was created, including the logo, colors, imagery, Design Systems, navigation, and wireframes. Marketing pieces were developed and redesigned within a short timeline, all within Sprints and Agile methodologies.
