Key Responsibilities & Contributions:
• Created accessible designs for the ChatBot on desktop and mobile, ensuring AAA compliance
• Designed and implemented illustrations, animations, and interactivity (typing indicators, message sending, logo animation) to enhance engagement
• Updated the ChatBot colour scheme for a modern, user-friendly, and accessible design
• Redesigned the ChatBot logo and updated the design system to align with accessibility standards
• Collaborated in agile sprints with UX researchers, developers, and project managers
• Evaluated user navigation on landing and scenario pages, recommending improvements
• Presented updates in Show & Tell meetings to 300+ stakeholders for feedback
Impact / Results:
• Improved overall usability, content, accessibility, and visual appeal of the ChatBot
• Increased user engagement through animations, illustrations, and clearer navigation
Development notations in Figma:
I designed the landing page, flow animations, and custom illustrations (EN & FR). Redesigned the Virtual Assistant robot icon and text message center for better symmetry, scalability, and accessibility.
