Designed two accessible legal guides—How to Appeal a Sentence and How to Appeal a Conviction—to support users with low literacy and accessibility needs in navigating complex legal documentation independently. Focused on plain language, clarity, and inclusive design to improve understanding and usability.

The guides were positively received by users, highlighting the value of accessible and human-centred communication in legal contexts.

This poster explains unbundled legal services, how to find a family lawyer offering them, and which services are covered by Legal Aid BC. Eye-catching graphics guide the reader from problem to solution, utilizing Legal Services' colours.
