Project Overview

Contributed to the evolution of IT Glue, an enterprise SaaS documentation platform, improving its usability, visual consistency, and overall product experience. Worked closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine interface designs, establish a cohesive design system, and introduce improvements across desktop and mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Contributions

  • Product & UX/UI Design: Designed and refined product interfaces, page layouts, and feature experiences, balancing usability, functionality, and visual quality.

  • Design System Development: Contributed to building the product's design system from the ground up, establishing reusable components, interaction patterns, and visual standards.

  • Visual & Interface Design: Refined UI elements, production templates, graphics, and layouts using Sketch to improve consistency and streamline developer handoff.

  • Dark Mode & Accessibility: Redesigned the Dark Mode experience, improving readability, contrast, and alignment with accessibility standards.

  • User Research & Collaboration: Conducted user interviews to identify usability challenges, explore solutions, and translate findings into actionable development tickets.

  • Responsive Design: Applied user-centred design principles across desktop and mobile experiences.

  • Brand & Graphic Design: Created custom 3D icons and redesigned graphics for the Digital BullPhish Report, improving visual communication and engagement.

  • Contributed to product growth from 35 to more than 300 active users.

  • Established consistent UI patterns and reusable design components across the platform.

  • Improved Dark Mode usability and accessibility.
